Ronald Melster
Ronald Melster is the founder and managing director of Melster Consulting GmbH. He has more than 20 years of experience in supporting and assessing development organizations in safety-critical industries – particularly in the automotive and medical technology sectors.
His core areas of expertise include Automotive SPICE®, ISO 26262, ISO/SAE 21434, IEC 62304, data privacy management, and quality management systems. He is a qualified Principal Assessor for Automotive SPICE®, TÜV-certified Cybersecurity Engineer, certified Data Protection Officer, and ASQMS auditor. In addition, he is authorized to perform process audits according to VDA 6.3.
In projects, he is responsible for methodology in assessments, coaching programs, training concepts, and the implementation of process-oriented development and quality frameworks. He has also served for several years as a lecturer for Functional Safety at the University of Applied Sciences (HTW) in Berlin.
